Rapidly boil 4 cups of water.

Add flour to 1 cup of cold water until it looks like pancake mix. |
Slowly add the flour mixture to the rapidly boiling water, turn heat off and stir. You can see it change color as it turns into paste. You probably won't use all the flour part. Yes, you can eat it. Make gravy!

Set yourself up: Tear up a bunch of paper (tear off the hard edges, they show), brush both sides with paste; make a stack of wet paper.

Put the paste on the subject, too. Use the paper like clay. Ball it up, fold it up, build it up, and then cover it up with a big piece of paper.

Use scraps and glue or tape to bridge gaps.
